$850.00 in lender fees. Higher loan
to values and/or the amount of equity you have may require slightly higher points. The quoted points include both
origination and discount. Please note: A refinance adds .25 to the points. (Not the rate!)
Note: Negative points indicate a rebate back to you which may be used to pay closing
costs but will not allow cash back to you , unless it is to reimburse you for costs you have already paid.
